3 Ingredient Keto Whipped Cream
I’ve known how to make DIY whipped cream for years (thanks, 7th-grade home-ec teacher!).
So I figured you could apply the same idea to a keto version.
And guess what? You can.
When you realize just how simple this process is you’ll be asking why you didn’t make it sooner!
So simple even I can do it- ha!
Here’s the recipe for the 3 ingredient keto whipped cream that you’re family will thank you for.

Keto Whipped Cream Ingredients
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Keto-friendly sweetener of your choice (Stevia, powdered Swerve are two I use)
- Vanilla extract (or other flavorings if you choose)
- mason jar or mixer
Whipped Cream Directions
1. It’s a pretty simple process and if you want to just skip ahead to the video, you can see for yourself! The video is linked above if you want to scroll up.
2. You just need 3 ingredients and a little elbow grease to make this heavy whipping cream keto version.
3. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mason jar.
4. Splash the desired amount of vanilla extract to taste. A friend reports that she also uses almond extract and coconut extract, depending on which kiddo she’s looking to impress!

So your options for the flavoring are open.
5. Add sweetener to taste. The amount you use will depend on personal taste and the type you are working with.

This is an area where you’ll play around with trial and error. If it needs more of something, you can just add it to the mix and reshake it!

Ingredients
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Keto-friendly sweetener of your choice (Stevia, powdered Swerve are two I use)
- Vanilla extract (or other flavorings if you choose)
- Mason jar or mixer
Instructions
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mason jar.
- Splash the desired amount of vanilla extract to taste. A friend reports that she also uses almond extract and coconut extract, depending on which kiddo she's looking to impress!
- Add sweetener to taste. The amount you use will depend on personal taste and the type you are working with.
- Finally, put the lid on the jar and shake away.
- Shake until the cream thickens into a fluffy whipped version.
