Almond Keto Pancakes Directions
Mix everything except butter in a blender for a smooth batter consistency.
Heat a griddle or skillet to medium heat.
Add a dollop of butter- you’ll fry your pancakes in this to give it an extra buttery flavor!
Pour a palm size amount of batter over the butter for each keto pancake you’re making.
Watch the pancakes for bubbles; when the top starts bubbling and popping, that signals time for a flip!
Serve with butter or your favorite keto approved toppings.
Maybe try to make your own keto whipped cream!
I tend to cheat a bit with these pancakes– but I also love Lakanto Maple Flavored Sugar-Free Syrup.
You can also take it a step further and make your own keto syrup.
