Why Protein Recovery Waffles?

If we’ve learned anything over the course of becoming a more healthy parent, nutrition is vital for the success of any plan.

We’ve learned that we need both carbs and proteins to recover from those hard workouts.

When we get the right amount of protein (approximately 30 grams after a workout) and some carbs, we do alright for the rest of the day.

We feel better, we recover faster, and if it tastes divine, we’re even happier.

For someone who is trying to slim down, building lean muscle with protein is the way to go.

These protein recovery waffles are out of this world full of flavor and stuffed with protein.

It’s like eating banana bread guilt-free. And you know we’re all about the no-guilt life!

Once your waffle maker is ready, get cooking!

Pour in the mix being careful not to overfill the waffle maker.

Oh man! I haven't had breakfast yet, and I can almost smell these after reading about them. I love the idea of putting protein powder in something other than a smoothie!
