Why Christopher Robin Gives Me #AllTheFeels
Winnie the Pooh is one of my all-time favorite characters. This is one bear we can all learn a little smackerel or two from when it comes to friendships! Tickets are on sale now for Disney’s Christopher Robin coming to theaters on August 3.
Growing up my mom read the?A.A. Milne books to us before bedtime. I remember reading them to my younger sister and brother, too, because I wanted to make sure they loved Pooh Bear like I did!
That love turned into me collecting Pooh Bear figurines and wearing my first “Disney branded clothing” as an adult: all Pooh Bear all the time. No joke:?if there was a new Winnie the Pooh shirt available (preferably chambray because: 90s!) I was heading to the Disney Store after work to pick it up.
Some days I wish I could still rock those dark green Winnie-the-Pooh sweatpants that I practically lived in during this time.
While things may have changed a bit and I might obsess a little more about all things Thor these days, my love for this guy and his adventures in the 100 Acre Wood is still strong.
I am so looking forward to taking the whole family to see Christopher Robin in theaters on August 3. My youngest can’t stop talking about it- and who can blame her? Have you seen this sneak peek from the movie?
Guys, I’ve? seen this at least a dozen times and tear up a little with each viewing. How can you not have #allthefeels with this one?!
I’m pretty sure I need this picture blown up and hanging on my wall, too.

I feel a little like Christopher Robin in the sneak peek up there- sometimes life gets a little overwhelming and you just might need a good day out with friends to set you on the right path again.
My guess is that Christopher Robin is going to leave me in a big pile of those feelings— and while I prefer to avoid that when it comes to my entertainment, for my beloved Pooh Bear I will make an exception!
