The Fourth of July is going to be big in our house this year. We’ve got a full weekend of patriotic and, yes, slightly nerdy, plans.  They will roll us right into Washington, DC 4th of July with my family from out of town- I can’t wait!

My wanna-be-chef, Claire, is hoping we can squeeze in some time to make a few fun patriotic themed desserts as well. Her grandma will be here and they love working in the kitchen together.

I asked some of my fellow bloggers for their easy Fourth of July Recipes and boy did they come through for me!

I’m sure you’ll agree: these are perfect for your celebrations next month too.
