What can I use besides Brie? We’ve never eaten it and I’m afraid to spend that kind of money for something no one will eat!😭

I had that same concern with my kids- I wasn't sure they would actually eat the Brie. But they did! So it worked out. Phew. But I also considered using the Laughing Cow cheese wedges. You'd have to peel the outside and then work on mushing/smoothing over the wedge lines, but I think it would also work. Felt like the simplist and tastiest way to still get a white cheese in a round cut. Good luck and happy Hocus Pocus day!
