Easy Leftover Turkey Recipes
It’s that time of year again: fridges are going to be bursting at the seams with leftovers from holiday meals. I don’t like anything as delicious as a well-made turkey to go to waste, so I pulled together these easy leftover turkey recipes to choose from. Happy cooking this holiday season!
I don’t know about you, but I’m a fan of overestimating how much turkey we are going to need, just to make sure there are leftovers for days!
In fact, I backed out of a very sweet holiday invite this year because, well, there are no leftovers when you go eat at someone else’s house.
True story.
So we’re going to make a big bird, eat our fill, and then dive in and use some of that leftover turkey meat to make some of these meals.
