Recently I had a doctors appointment full of all the good stuff: pap, mammogram, blood work… whatnot. All checked out just fine, but my blood work showed some interesting tidbits.
I discovered I was deficient in a few important areas.
Off to Walmart I went! According to my doc, I needed to stock up on a few key vitamins and minerals.
Shopping at Walmart for Nature Made was as easy as can be. The vitamin aisle is located near my pharmacy and I found exactly what I needed.
5-minutes in and out and I was on the path to better health.
And of course, after I recorded this I remembered another 10K and another half in those counts.
