Fitness Goals Check In | Nature Made

Sharing is caring!

This post was part of an Influence Central activation sponsored by Nature Made.?

One of my goals as a mom is to be as healthy as I can be for my?family

Sometimes I don’t do that great of a job at it. ?I drink a Coke, eat a brownie, and binge watch Scandal instead of running. ?Those days I end up regretting my actions.

That’s a lie. ?I don’t regret ANYTHING. ?Bahahahahaha!

I usually end up really loving those days… and then add an extra mile or two as penance the next. ?This probably explains a lot when it comes to my very sloooowwww weight loss. ?Ahem.

I ?know those days must be far and few between because I’m not getting my vitamins and minerals in via Coca-Cola and brownies, right?

Recently I had a doctors appointment full of all the good stuff: pap, mammogram, blood work… whatnot. All checked out just fine, but my blood work showed some interesting tidbits.

I discovered I was deficient in a few important areas.

Off to Walmart I went! According to my doc, I needed to stock up on a few key vitamins and minerals.

Shopping at Walmart for Nature Made was as easy as can be. The vitamin aisle is located near my pharmacy and I found exactly what I needed.

5-minutes in and out and I was on the path to better health.

And of course, after I recorded this I remembered another 10K and another half in those counts.

My first two months were off the hook (for me!) when it came to putting in the miles.

It’s been… tiring.

Vitamins to the rescue!

I chose the Nature Made brand in part because it’s the nation’s #1 best-selling brand for quality minerals, vitamins, and supplements.*

And picking them up at my local Walmart made the whole process easy. ?You know I’m there all the time anyway, and with every day low prices, I don’t have to wait for a sale.
