Five Best Race Signs | Friday Five

The Friday Five this week is your Five Best Race Signs. ?I’m linking up with Courtney at Eat Pray Run DC, Cynthia at You Signed Up for What and Mar at Mar on the Run.
I love race signs. ?They supply amusement on the course as most people go with funny.
Now and then, I find one that brings tears to my eyes, though. ?The little boy holding a sign saying “Go runners- but mostly GO Mommy!” for one. ?So perfect!
It’s hard to choose just five, but here you go!

Who doesn’t appreciate a little Kanye in their life?
My bestie?Tania?brought this ?one to the Enchanted 10K. ?She amuses me.

You ain’t kidding.
I’m sadly known for my potty stops on the run, so this one made me legit laugh out loud at the start of the Dallas Rock N Roll Half.

When you break it down like this, really, it’s a bargain for those last few miles!
This was on the Disneyland Half in 2013. ?You probably guessed that since it was “only” $175 to sign up.
Le. Sigh.

The signs for the Inaugural Avengers Half Marathon were fabulous.
We didn’t see a ton of spectators due to the crazy weather, but the ones that were out there were quite amusing!

And my favorite sign by my favorite supporter of all times: ?Peggy Sue.
So simple but so heartfelt.
What are your favorite signs on the course? ?Do you like ones that make you laugh or more sentimental signs?

Hahaha!!! ‘Ain’t nobody got time for that’ really cracked me up! Hahahaha!!!!
I also treasure my photo with Peggy Sue and the sign she always held. Good choices Patty!
Oh, love Peggy Sue’s sign!
It’s the original- and the best!
She is a special lady. Very missed.
when I saw that, I about died. So true!
I wrote about Peggy Sue too. You’d knew where she’d be at every race.
She really brought smiles.
I love your friend Tania’s sign! I haven’t seen it before.
I love the Go Mommy sign. I would definitely cry if I saw that one on the course.
So sad that Peggy Sue won’t be there for the marathon in January. I will miss seeing her.
I think Peggy’s sign was the first “i’m proud of you stranger” sign I have seen and since hers I get choked up each time I see one!
Aw, my sign made your list. Thanks <3
Those are great! Love the you look MARVELous sign! 🙂

She (and her sign) are one of a kind!
It’s so clever!
That’s my husband with the marvelous sign! He was so proud of himself. Sweet.
