Want a Free Disneyland Half Bib? | Giveaway
The Disneyland Half Marathon celebrates 11 years running this year. It’s a great course, fun characters, fabulous local support, and a brand new medal.
And no, we haven’t seen it yet either.
It’s one of our favorite race weekends, and well, we want YOU to be there.
Go Magical Miles full-service travel agency has one bib to give away for this race.
Oh, you read that right. No need to check your eyesight. It’s true, all of it.
We’re giving away a free bib.
No strings attached.
Well, I mean, you have to enter and all that, but really, it’s a FREE bib.
If you’re not sure runDisney is right for you, I have a bunch of reasons why it’s worth running. Read this post and see if you can think of any reason NOT to, especially when you might end up running for free.
The course runs through both Disneyland parks, then hits the streets of Anaheim. You’ll run past the Honda Center and through Angles Stadium, with plenty of crowd support and sights to see along the way.
It’s one of my favorite courses as far as entertainment from the local community is concerned and other than sometimes being a little hotter than I’d like, it’s a great weekend to run.
So are you sold? I hope so- cause it’s not going to cost you a thing!
Rules are listed below. If you still need a bib, rooms or tickets, email me or Sarah & we can get you booked right away!

I’m not much of a costume person – I would probably wear my Beauty and the Beast skirt that I ran the Princess Half in back in 2014. I got a lot of compliments on it that day and I love wearing it to races now. I’d probably work a little harder to find a yellow or blue running top this time just to make it a little more of a costume.
I may have to recycle costumes this year… I loved my Hawaiian themed outfit I wore for the 10k a few years ago, so I may have to “enhance” it 🙂 This race is hard for costumes, because you never know how warm the day is going to get!
Oh the great costume debate… Do I dress as a princess, one of the Fab 5, or as one of the many other characters to choose from. I think I’d show my villainous side this time!
I’d dress up as a superhero 🙂
I would like to try a mash-up of different Disney characters, or Disney and Star Wars characters.
Usually when I run in costume, I’m running with my husband and we’re in coordinating costumes… but I think for a solo run, I’d go with Sorcerer Mickey. I love the Sorcerer’s Apprentice!
I would dress up as a Dapper Dan! That sounds like fun!!
How fun. I think I would run as Minnie. It is classic, but I haven’t ran as her yet. 🙂
I would dress as Minnie Mouse.
I don’t do full-on costumes (too cumbersome for running) but I would definitely have a Rapunzel look!
Since this would be my first Run Disney experience, I’m not sure who I’d dress up as. I think Minnie would be fun, but I also love Tinkerbell. 🙂
Patty. I’d wear whatever you told me too!!! I just want to go to a runDisney race!!!
I think I have to see the medal before coming up with a costume. Or maybe just a regular running outfit since this would be my first half!
Hands down, I would dress up as Belle. An oldie, but always a goodie.
I saw one costume last year that was just the pastel-ish colors of the old Disneyland sign. I would love to do something like that.
I would go as Tigger – my all-time favorite Disney character!
I have an Ink N Burn Minnie Mouse skirt that I’ve worn before for this race – it’s my go-to “costume” for Disney events!
Steamboat Willie!! That’ll be me.
That’s a tough choice, but I think it would have to be Belle. Or maybe classic Minnie. Or Woody from Toy Story!! Ohhh, such a tough choice!!!
Dead men tell no tales! I would definitely have to match one of my most favorite rides =) A pirates life for me!!
Mousekeeter!
One of my favorite half marathons!
I think I’d be one of the 101 Dalmatians…easy and fun
I loved the 2014 race and really regretted missing the 2015 race with the Villain Themed 10k! so many characters out that you never see!
I would wear my BB-8 costume that I was going to make for the Dark side! I just ran out of time and this would be the perfect opportunity to wear it!
I would wear a Cinderella like costume to the Disneyland half, i just love her colors and would be so happy to show her off if i won this bib, thanks so much for the opportunity to win!
I think it might be time to break out the Dumbo costume for my next (ahem) Disneyland Half Marathon. 🙂
I’m thinking either Winnie the Pooh or Princess Jasmine, I can’t decide!
I’ve registered for 3 different Disney races and haven’t run for one reason or another – so I’d love to actually do one. I think I’d dress as Sleeping Beauty
I’ve never done a costume but I’ve wanted to go as Donald.
