There are many reasons to celebrate Oct 1 memes, but then… there’s this. October 1st is NOT the most wonderful time of the year for those who have to wade through the FAFSA application every year. Want help getting college paid for? FAFSA is the place to get that started! And pretty much all parents and students dread the process. Here are some funny FAFSA memes to help ease the pain- tis the season!

What Is The FAFSA?
FAFSA stands for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
It’s free to submit, and its needed for almost any school aid you’re seeking (merit-based or need-based).
Parents & Students: you’ll want to go ahead and hill this beast out to ensure you’re not leaving money on the table at your school of choice!
Find the FAFSA website here.
When Can You Fill Out FAFSA?
If you need assistance for the 2024-2025 school year, the FAFSA is open for enrollment starting in December 2023, a change from the usual October 1 date.
There’s a new FAFSA being launched which explains the delay.
Some schools do fill merit scholarships on a first come first serve basis, so if you can submit early, you may increase your odds.
The National application closes on 11:59 p.m. CT on June 30, 2024.
Each college may have its own deadline.
Each state has its own deadline.
So, yeah, you’ve got to be right on top of these things to make sure your FAFSA is submitted on time!

Funny FAFSA Memes

Like filling out financial forms and asking for money. Bah.
But with kids in college, there’s always a chance you can score some extra funding to help ease the financial burden.
And every little bit helps!
Enjoy laughing a little at these funny FAFSA memes while filling out this year’s forms.
And don’t forget: you’ll need to fill one out every year, so come back to see us when you need a FAFSA memes break.
