You might have heard the good news announced earlier this week: Toy Story Land opens on June 30, 2018. I imagine the lines to get in will be to “Infinity… and Beyond!” for the first few months. Scrolling through my Disney Parks My Disney Experience App this morning (as one does) and I discovered some very good news for those of us heading to Walt Disney World this summer.
In case you missed it: Toy Story Land has an opening date of June 30!
And now that that date is here, getting into Toy Story Land early is even more important.
I got an early look at what the land has to offer- and it’s just TOO cute, guys! You are going to fall in love with this immersive Disney World land.
As the newest land at Walt Disney World, you know there’s going to be a lot of interest in checking it out this summer.

How To Get Early Entry To Toy Story Land
I was checking out possible trip dates in June and July and found this:
That’s right: there’s going to be extra magic hours for Hollywood Studios to account for the crowds.
If you want to experience Toy Story Land this summer, I suggest practicing your early rising skills and get to rope drop for the Extra Magic Hours being offered.
Get into Toy Story Land early and you won’t be sorry! (Totally nap later!)
Extra Magic Hours At Hollywood Studios
For opening day, June 30th, the park will be open from 8 am to 11 pm.
Summer hours will be from 8 am to 10 pm with DAILY Extra Magic Hours from 7 am to 8 am.
Every Friday you can stay late to play with Andy’s toys!
Extra Magic Hours on Fridays will be from 10 pm?to 12 am.

These extra magic hours are exclusive benefits for Walt Disney World Resort guests.
Some off-property hotels do offer Extra Magic Hours as well, including Disney Springs locations and the on-site Disney partner hotels The Swan and Dolphin.
