Go To Disney: For Your Health
This is what I’ve been saying.
I’m still overweight because I don’t go to Disney… enough.

No, really, it’s not a load of BS.
There’s SCIENCE to back me up on this, y’all!
FloridaTix.com did the research and this is what they found:

It’s why I need to go to Walt Disney World or Disneyland more often: theme parks burn calories.
Though I’ll admit Epcot might be a wash for me. ?Ahem.
I mean, really, my Annual Pass should be covered by my health insurance. ?What do you say about that, Blue Cross Blue Shield?
Who’s with me on this one?

Love this! The problem is I know I’ll be exerting a lot of energy so I feel free to eat whatever I want! I always end up gaining weight when I go! I have never quite figured out how I walk miles and miles but come home heavier than when I left!
Yes. In fact, I’m fairly certain that going to Disney more often WITH AMAZING BLOGGING FRIENDS makes it even better because it’s a proven fact that healthy friendships, laughter and red wine reduce your risk of heart disease by one billion percent. Look it up.
I don’t gain- I always maintain when I go to Disney. I’m sure the runs help that out though!
