Gone For A Run Medal Hanger- Product Review
As a Gone For A Run ambassador I was given the opportunity to review an item from their website.? Since displaying my medals is one the best part of being a runner- and I’m going to haul a quite a few in this year!– I decided on the Hooked On Medals Hanger.
One of the things I love about Gone For A Run as a company: they have fast shipping.? In a matter of days I had the box at my front door with my new medal hanger inside.
The choices on the website were vast! I loved the bright colors and different sayings that are offered.? I think there’s something for everyone on this website.? You have a runner you love?? Be sure to check out Gone For A Run for great gifts.? Father’s Day is just around the corner and I know my husband will be getting something from this site!
I unpacked the box and ooohed and ahhhed at the new pretty.? I chose this Bible verse because I feel like I’ll be looking to the higher power during marathon training.? Remember that time I signed up for Goofy?? Yeah.? That.
Lord, please help me.
I’m not even trying to be sarcastic here just in case you miss the tone.? I’m one of those people that thank God every day I can participate in this sport because I know so many can’t.? It’s an honor to be able to run.? A privilege.? This is going to be a great reminder of who really accomplished these goals and earned the medals.? I know I can’t do this alone.
I put Mr. Shenanigans to work hanging the baby up for me.? He said it was pretty easy but made two notes.
1.? You need your own wall hardware.? The hanger does not come with nails or screws, but we had some at the house handy.? It doesn’t seem to need anything major or specific in order to get it up on the wall.
2.? The measurements on the card were wrong.? The card states nails should be placed 8.5 inches apart but in reality the nails need to be 11.5 inches apart.
After about 10 minutes, the medals were hung and I was a happy Shenanigans.
This is a fantastic product of solid construction.? You can purchase one for just under $30- a great price for a 9 hook medal hanger.? If you are in the market, take a look.? There’s many options and sayings, including some Disney-ish ones.
I thought this was pretty cute as well.

Love this! I just put up my medal display last weekend. Did a post on it on Wednesday actually! I used a shadow box and some regular hangars underneath.
I saw that Lauren! It looks amazing. Well done, friend!
