National Donut Day 2022 FREE DONUTS!
As much as I love a rockin’ cupcake, the fried sugary goodness of a classic donut will always have my heart. Today is the day to celebrate all things donut and I, for one, plan to break my keto diet and have a “carb reload” day.
Ahem. Sure, that’s what we’re calling it. Let’s go with that.

Free donut day 2022 kicks off bright and early!
Fun fact: National Donut Day started in 1938.
It began as a way to thank the World War I Donut Lassies, the Salvation Army volunteers who gave a little taste of home to the troops by way of fresh donuts.
So really, you should participate as it is the patriotic, as well as delicious, thing to do.
Free Donut Day 2022
Want to score free donuts? Yup, me too. Because the only thing better than a hot, fresh donut is a hot, fresh FREE donut in my book. And June 3 is free donut day so let’s do this!
Where to get a Free Donut on National Donut Day 2022
- Walmart– One free glazed donut per customer, in the bakery section. Plus you can get $3 of free donuts with the Coupons.com rebate
- Tim Hortons- Rewards members can buy a donut through the app or online to get a free donut with their next purchase.
- Krispy Kreme– One free donut (of any kind) per customer. Any donut, any location.
- Duck Donuts– Get a free cinnamon sugar donut– FOR FREE.
- Dunkin’ Donuts– free donut with the purchase of any beverage. You are probably cruising in for that Dunkies coffee anyway, so show up early and get a donut for free (before they run out!)
- Kwik Trip- Free Cake Donut, Dunker, or Glazer with the coupon found when you log into the Kwik Rewards app.
- Randy’s Donuts (CA): If you’re in Hollywood- even for a day– stop by Randy’s Donuts. And if that day is tomorrow: you’ll score four free glazed donut rounds 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Cumberland Farms– Stop in for a fountain drink, walk out with one free donut from 5 am to 10 am. DONE!
- 7-Eleven- If you’re a 7Rewards member, you can take advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free deal on donuts for National Donut Day.
- Shiply Do-Nuts– Make a purchase and get a free glazed donut.
- RaceTrac- RaceTrac Rewards Members can get a free donut on National Donut Day at participating locations.
- Voodoo Donuts– offering a special donut for the weekend. The Homer donut (strawberry frosted) is $1. See Homer donut meme below and you’ll get why!
