Let the countdown to June 15, 2018, begin with Disney Pixar’s INCREDIBLES 2 Official Teaser Trailer. This superhero loving momma cannot wait to see her favorite Pixar family back on the big screen!
I’m dorking out a bit over here because even though it’s November, my thoughts are already jumping ahead to summer & the opening of INCREDIBLES 2 in theaters nationwide.
Coming out of the D23 Expo Animation Panel in July, I knew that Pixar wouldn’t let me down and INCREDIBLES 2 would be well worth the wait!
In my costumed running career, I’ve channeled both Mrs. Incredibe and Edna Mode.
I even got my “no costumes EVER” hubby to get in on the Mr. Incredibles act!
To say I love the original film is an understatement, but then again, I am not sure I’ve met a superhero I haven’t fallen for.
The new trailer?
Hilarious! So cute and so funny— and I think my gut reaction is right and Pixar is going to bring us a fabulous sequel to this family favorite.

Two words about the trailer before you watch it: Jack-Jack!
This kid is adorbs and pretty much stole the show at the end of the original movie.
If you don’t remember how it ends, get a hold of “Jack-Jack Attacks” and be prepared to laugh yourself silly.
Oh, and pay your babysitter just a little bit more in solidarity with Kari.
Here’s the new trailer just released!
At D23 we were told that Jack-Jack would show his powers to the family (see above) and that we’re picking up the Parr family pretty much where we left them.
Not a lot of time has passed so the action is just going to keep going!
Seriously- can Jack-Jack be any cuter?!
I also desperately need more Edna in my life- I mean, Dahlings… who else will remind us NO CAPES! as fiercely as Ms. Mode?
No one, which is exactly why we need her.
I simply cannot wait for her & the entire family to get back to business saving the world!
INCREDIBLES 2 opens nationwide on June 15, 2018.
Official synopsis of INCREDIBLES 2 from Disney Pixar:
Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back in “Incredibles 2” – but this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life. It’s a tough transition for everyone, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack’s emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again—which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible.
