Margaritas and beer and possibly some wine— oh my! It’s going to be a fast and furious 48 hours through the Walt Disney World Resort.
I’m sure we’ll make at stop (or 5) at la Cava del Tequila in Epcot. I plan on asking Mr. Shenanigans to order the Jalapeno Margarita so I can have a sip. I’m eying some new margaritas to try, and the Pineapple Margarita is calling my name!

I couldn’t find the exact recipe for the one in Epcot, but here’s another if you are interested in whipping one up!
1-1/2 parts Tequila Blanco
4 fresh pieces of pineapple (muddle) or 3 parts pineapple juice
2 fresh slices of Serrano chile (muddle)
1 part simple syrup (or 3/4 part agave nectar)
1 part fresh lime juice
Serve on the rocks
