Kids are lazing around everywhere and the chants of “I’m hungry” start pouring in- and the fridge is sadly empty. Those chants are especially loud from the teen boys, who, I swear, ate at least 3 full meals before lunchtime rolled around.

New Boston Market Lunch Menu
What do I love about Boston Market? Everything. It’s my go-to when I need a full meal fast. Think full Thanksgiving meals to keep you out of the kitchen. They are genius!
What I didn’t love? It felt like the lunch menu needed a little sprucing up. Was it too much to ask for a sandwich or two?
Friends: we got ’em! And they are fresh and high quality and zomg you gotta check out this menu on the Boston Market website! This is going to be the go-to lunch option for us when we hit that “I see the back of the fridge” level around here.
All of these are full of the high-quality rotisserie chicken or turkey you’ve come to know and love from Boston Market.
The New Lunch Menu at Boston Market Includes
- Southwest Chicken BLT on ciabatta with Cholula bacon, avocado, Tillamook pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and chipotle aioli
- Chicken Avocado Club on ciabatta with bacon, avocado, Tillamook cheddar cheese, lettuce red onion, and herbed mayo
- Chicken or Turkey on ciabatta with smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and herbed mayo
- Chicken Salad on a multi-grain hoagie roll with sliced tomato, lettuce, and mayo
- Southwest Cobb Salad with romaine & leaf lettuce blend, bacon, avocado, corn relish, pico de gallo, red onion and chipotle ranch dressing
- Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce, 3-cheese blend, croutons, and Caesar dressing

This was a little slice of heaven.
Okay, a big slice- these sandwiches can easily be two meals for normal people. Splitting is absolutely an option or you can do what I did and take half of it home for later.
Rotisserie Experts: Gotta Love the Southwest Chicken BLT
We also dug into the Southwest Chicken BLT from Boston Market. My son ordered this one, and he added a few extras (because -of course, he did).
He ate it all, plus the sides he ordered.
Plus the side I ordered (because- of course, he did).
And for anyone who is looking to go low-carb or Keto this summer, there are two fantastic looking salads on the menu. I was in the mood for that sandwich, but dang, turning down the Southwest Cobb Salad was hard!
He wouldn’t admit it in front of my “summer bonus son” (aka his friend) but mom totally nailed this lunch date idea.
