No-Carve Captain Underpants Pumpkin DIY Tutorial

DreamWorks sent us the free kit, but you can put this together pretty easily with a quick run through Amazon or your local craft store.

But I’m all about that Amazon Prime life, yo!

Here’s what you need to make the DIY Captain Underpants Pumpkin for Halloween:

• medium pumpkin
• black paint
• white paint
• paintbrushes
• pencil
• red fabric for the cape
• Tighty-Whities

We used a real pumpkin, but you could easily use a craft-pumpkin and save this little guy for years to come!

This was by far the easiest DIY I’ve attempted in a long time.

Remember when I tried to put together a Vanellope Von Schweetz costume? Oh man, fabric paint and I do not go hand-in-hand! 

This dude came together in about 15 minutes. BAM! I’m all about the easy DIY Halloween crafts. 

We’re ready to rock Halloween. I cheated a little and used a hairdryer to help the paint dry quicker. 

It’s a hack- and hey, I think Captain Underpants would approve.
