Race Selfies & Photobombs

I admit: I like them.

I like to stop and take pictures during a race, sometimes a selfie, and if there’s an epic photobomb involved, I get a kick out of it when I discover it. I don’t intentionally do it to others, to be clear!

Sure, I’ll have a shirt and a medal to “prove” I ran a race, but photographic evidence proves I had FUN!

Selfie or it didn’t happen.

Race Selfies & Photobombs

Sometimes it’s the only way to get a pic of “your” character on the course.

You can always count on the teens to selfie with you!

Prince’s Half Marathon. Get it?

Photobombs are best on the run. Most of the time it’s just the other runner behind you trying to get their pic, but it can make for some amusing shots.

I liked this one.

Race Selfies & Photobombs

Hey there!

One of my friends had this one show up in her finish line pics.

I mean, it was Bay to Breakers, so…. maybe it is expected to get a little extra sumthin’ in your photos? But she still found it quite amusing when the pictures showed up online.

Edited because, hey, this is a family blog!

HA! I just love the look on her face.
