Runners Bling Doesn’t Have to Be Heavy | Run Molly Run Giveaway

There’s a lot of us that run for the bling.  I know it’s true- it happens to be one of the reasons I runDisney.  There’s only been one medal I’ve hated (and yeah- I HATE the Pixie Dust Challenge medal) so far.  The others have all appealed on one level or another to me.

And I’ll say it right now: I fear the Gauntlet Challenge medal.  Pretty sure that’s going to be one ugly hunk of gold- in the shape of a fist with gaudy jewels all around.

Because: that’s what it is.

Eeesh.

Enough of the big and ugly.  Let’s talk about PRETTY bling that you can wear year round!

I’ve been wearing my Run Molly Run 13.1 necklace for the past month and I’m IN LOVE with this pretty piece of jewelry.

Run Molly Run sent me this necklace for review and giveaway.

That’s right: you have a chance to win one of these pretties for your very own.

I ordered an 18-inch box chain with three charms:  13.1, Run, and a peridot gem for color (and it’s my Jacob’s birthstone- so it had special meaning as I run with him always!).

Shipping was extremely fast!  I placed the order on a Friday and had it around my neck the following Tuesday.

I’m not gentle with my jewelry.  I frankly don’t have the time or patience (or money!) for things that aren’t high quality.

I’ve worn this set continually for most of the month I’ve owned it and it’s proven it can hold up to my lifestyle.

What’s super fun about this company are the options.  You can create your own style or choose from some of the race specific charms they offer.

If you aren’t a runner, they also carry other fitness related items in their line.  Cycling, Triathalon, Walking, and Yoga are also options.

I’m super happy with everything about the company and the charms.  This would be a great link to bookmark in case your significant other is on the search for Mother’s Day, Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas, or you know- “It’s Thursday and I love you” gifts.

Run Molly Run partnered with me for a fantastic giveaway.

Here’s your chance to earn some bling- with a lot less work than normal.  Ha!

  1. Oh, I love the one you chose! That 13.1 circle looks perfect with the rectangle “run”. I only have 4 medals right now & I cherish them all & I certainly earned them. 3 are for half marathons & 1 for a 10k. Hoping to add much more bling!

  2. Oh I wish I could attach a picture of my least favorite bling! It’s a doozy. cheap cheap cheap. Pretty run, ugly bling! Cute necklaces!

  3. I love the oblong one with the script writing. I’m running my first 5K in the fall and my first 10K in February! Thanks for the chance to win!

  4. Those are super cute! The ones that feature specific races would a great souvenir of a racecation (and more subtle than wearing your medal around long-term 🙂 )

  5. I love their I Run NY charm with the picture of the bridge on it!

I think the worst bling I have is tied between the 2014 Giant Race medal – it’s small and weird and doesn’t hang right at all. I couldn’t wait to take it off when I got to my car! – and the 2014 Shamrock’n Half Marathon (Sacramento) medal. It has a leprechaun playing a guitar on it, but the leprechaun looks evil and weird, and the medal overall is just ugly as sin.

  6. I really love the rectangle “run” you chose and how perfectly it works with the little 13.1 which I’d totally wanna add! So far my bling has been great! So excited to see what Wine and Dine will look like! I’ve gotta agree with you…Pixie Dust just isn’t for me. Saw it in person at the Princess expo and I just real didn’t love it.

  7. I don’t hate any of my bling since I like to choose my races based on the medals 😉

  8. The Run Pendant and Distance Charm look nice together, they would make a great gift for my wife!

  9. I’m not a fan of the pixie challenge medal either, though I liked it a bit more once it became mine lol. I hate Stitch so I’m not a big fan of last years 10k medal either.

  10. love love love the run pendant with the distance charm added to it. I think I really need that.

  11. I like the rectangle charm because you can add more charms on top of it – like the layered look!
