The new year and new weight loss goals are here. ?Let’s hear it: ?groooaaannnn.

I’ll be honest: I haven’t done much to start the changes I’d like to see in 2016.

I was consumed by marathon thoughts for the past three weeks and let almost everything else go. ?Including the food portion of this program. Le Sigh. ?But that’s behind me, and now it’s time to focus on 2016!

My keywords for 2016 are Baby Steps. ? I tend to be a deep-ender and throw myself into things, but this year I’m going to try to baby step my way through life. ?Starting by adding more of a good thing every day.
