20 Stocking Stuffers For Travelers

Travel is a passion and a lifestyle. In fact, I just got back from Hawaii a few days ago and my tan and my soul are both restored!

But Christmas is coming and that means the presents need to be bought, the yummy desserts need to be baked (try this easy candy cane cherry cheese danish!), and stockings need to be stuffed.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, indeed. And I’m looking at ideas for friends and family who love travel as much as I do.

Click on the link below each picture to purchase from my Amazon affiliate link. When you do, I earn a little bit of money (at no cost to you) and that makes both our Christmases merry and bright!

Planning and Packing

Packing Cubes.

Guys – these have forever changed my life.

I used to pack in super big ziplock bags – which work – but these are SO much nicer.

They have a variety of colors available as well… I’m keen on the pink, but also love the teal, and green, and blue.

Piggy Bank.

What better way to save for your next trip?

Plus, it’s cute.  It would look great on any desk.

Luggage Tags.

Can’t get enough of these.  Seriously.  I have a collection.

I’m also a big fan of getting a loud and obnoxious colored tag – makes your bag easier to find!

Mug.

This is on the list of things that I want.  Real bad.  Please?

I seriously see myself drinking a cup of coffee outside while daydreaming of the next place I want to go.

Scratch off travel Map.

Fun and interactive.

It would also look really cool on an office wall, just sayin’.

Passport Wallet.

A great idea, especially for an international traveler.

Plus, there’s a ton of color options.

You could coordinate colors with those packing cubes.

AND luggage tag.

For the Ride

Hoodie Pillow.

I can’t begin to tell you how bad I wish I had this on my overnight flight from Hawaii to Dallas earlier this week.

You may think it looks ridiculous.

It may actually be a little ridiculous.

But I do not care.  I need my sleep.  And my hood.

Sleep Mask.

Another thing that is hilariously ridiculous however an absolute necessity.

The eyelashes are just a nice girly touch.

Cord Keepers.

These little babies changed my life.

There’s nothing worse than when cords turn into a tangled mess… and this is your super simple problem-solving stocking stuffer!

Carry on Cocktail Kit.

You know, in case of emergency.

Emergency Kit.

Speaking of emergencies.

This is a great, and adorable, little kit for the ladies.

It comes with pretty much everything you’d need in case of an emergency.

Travel Ready Toiletries.

For the guys!

Makes packing for a long weekend totally swift.

Grab and go… really hard to forget something important this way!

For the Destination

Hand Sanitizer.

Because, duh.

I don’t even like washing my hands in public bathrooms.  I touch too many things during that process.

I am the queen of hand sanitizer and firmly believe you can never have enough!

Adapter.

Another key item for the international traveler.

This one is cute, compact, and colorful – which makes it easy to find while digging through all of your travel accessories.

Selfie Stick.

No brainer.  An absolute necessity.

But not at Disney guys – they don’t allow it.

However, they’re fabulous for taking family selfies!

Swell Water Bottle.

I have a huge collection of water bottles but I always go back to using this one.

They’re vacuum insulated, colorful, sweat-free… and they really do keep hot things hot and cold things cold for a really long time.

The Books

The World Awaits: A Travel Organizer.

This is an adorable organizer with colorful illustrations throughout the entire book.

A great place to jot down trip ideas, and also has guided sections with wish lists and prompts to inspire your traveler!

Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel: Our List of the 500 Best Places to See… Ranked

There are a few folks on my list who are getting this book.

Its five HUNDRED sites-to-see, ranked by travel experts.

There’s big stuff on there, obviously, but also a whole slew of “lesser-known hidden gems” to add to your bucket list.

Lonely Planet’s Best in Travel 2018

The best of the best.  Lonely Planet is my personal go-to when it comes to travel inspiration.

This book is “a year’s worth of inspiration to take travelers out of the ordinary and into the unforgettable”… it’s a can’t miss book!

Travel Journal.

A perfect leather notebook – blank pages great for notes, stickers, sketches, stubs…

It’s a six ring refillable book, and also comes with 6 card slots and a zipper pouch to store travel trinkets.
