Volcano Bay: Where Water is Life Announces Opening Date

Universal Studios Orlando Volcano Bay

Universal Studios Orlando’s third park, Volcano Bay, announced it’s opening date of May 25, 2017.

Me and my water park loving family have been anxiously waiting for this news!

This park is built on the belief that water is life, and life is joy.

It promises to have a little bit of everything for the family: relaxation combined with thrills and excitement a world class water park can provide. Check it out:

Y’all, I’m digging it!

I said before that Universal is coming on strong in Orlando, especially with it’s family resort offerings like Cabana Bay Beach Resort (which is right next door to Volcano Bay, by the way!).

This is certainly going to be a fantastic addition to the Universal Orlando experience.

The best part: it’s got to be the new technology going into this park.

Tapu Tapu has me SOLD.

Check it: no hauling of the tubes, no standing in long lines for hours. Every guest gets one of these beauties and it acts as a reservation placeholder for the rides you choose.

That’s absolutely PLUSSING my theme park experience, right there.

Is Universal Studios and Volcano Bay on your must-see list this summer?

  • Kristin says:

I am so looking forward to this, especially the no lines. I was hoping it would be open for our annual Spring Break trip. Unfortunately, it’s not. I guess it’s something to look forward to for next year!

  • Lorraine says:

Just wow! Volcano Bay is one of the best theme resort I ever seen. I will make time to visit this place.
